The brainchild behind BFantastic Art is Beatrix, who from a very early age has been ‘lost’ in art, always creative, drawing and painting at every opportunity and later working as an interior designer and window dresser. She also designs furniture.
She has travelled extensively for many years, and lived in faraway unusual places such as Nepal and Vietnam. An ad hoc detour to Oman in early 2007 made her fall in love in the Arabian Peninsula and prompted the beginning of this desert adventure in Qatar, later moving to the UAE.
In her professional career, Beatrix is passionate about the environment and sustainability. Therefore, she decided to donate a percentage of her sales from her art to local environmental charities.
She has many distinctive styles using different themes, such as the ‘CIRCLES’, working with acrylics on linen or canvas. She enjoyss applying thick texture and uses bright colour schemes, which make her art especially suitable for interior design.
A further aspect of her work lies in versatility. Most pieces are part of a set and theme mostly three connecting pieces, and can be viewed vertically as well horizontally.
