Catering Terms and Conditions

ORDERING TIME
All catering events require 48 hours notice. Your event is confirmed once we have received a completed MORE Function Order Sheet along with our return confirmation. The form is available at all MORE Cafes or you can request one to be sent via email by emailing catering@morecafe.biz
MINIMUM ORDER
Orders AED 500 and more include free delivery within Dubai, less than AED 500 will incur a AED 100 delivery fee . Catering items are ordered as per the specified minimum quantity for each item. If the order is place online your cost will automatically be calculated based on your quantity.
PAYMENT
Advance payment of 50% of the total amount must be paid to guarantee your order. Payment can be made by either cash or credit card at MORE Al Murooj or MORE Gold & Diamond Park. The balance is due on the day of the event. Full payment may be required in advance, depending on the requirements and details of the booking. If cancelled within 24 hours, the cancellation fee is 100% of the booking.
BEVERAGE
For larger functions that are held within MORE, the patron is advised to select a limited variety of beverages which helps support in setting the budget for the event. If a beverage limit has been set, the patron is automatically informed when the limit has been reached. Beverages for external events will be discussed on a case to case basis.
OTHER
MORE Catering is limited only to food and beverage requirements. Catering is prepared and packaged into specially designed MORE catering boxes. It excludes the provision of cutleries, plates, platters, tables, chairs and service staff. We do not serve the food heated. All items that require heating will come with heating instructions.
